Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direction in the nature of the Writ based on the representation dated 27.04.2019 given by the petitioner to the respondents who are in turn to direct to initiate action against the Revindra Bharathi Global School, Nerkundram and further directing not to carry on the operation of the school at Old Door No.2/61, New Door No.16, Karneekar Street, Nerkundram, Chennai 600 107. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Mr.D.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.V.Anna Lakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 6 and 7.

3. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-landlord seeking Madamus to direct the School Authorities to close the School, who is the tenant under the petitioner.

4. From the affidavit, it appears that the school authorities has already initiated proceedings and issued public notice stating that the said school is not recognised. Even without impleading the School, this petition is filed by the petitioner apparently to get an order behind the back of the tenant. This matter appears to be a dispute between the landlord and the tenant. Under the guise of writ petitioner without even impleading the tenant, the writ petition is filed. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
