(CR.NO.350 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.16180 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.RAMANAREDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16180 of 2021 on 15.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
