Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to reconsider his decision to appoint the 2nd respondent herein as an "election Officer " instead of "Special Officer" to monitor the process of election to the Board of Trustees of the Petitioner mutt considering its representation dated 28.06.2007, 19.09.2007, 24.10.2007 and 13.11.2007.
