O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The status report filed shows that action has been taken in this case and the offending person was convicted of using the fish cart vehicle fitted with motor without valid registration. It has also been stated that necessary monitoring steps are being taken.

2. We are of the view that a Circular should be issued identifying an officer by designation, who would responsible for taking action in such cases for different areas, making the officer aware of the issue. A Circular be issued within 15 days from today.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
