ORDER

Though the above miscellaneous petition to fix an early date to dispose of the main Writ Petition is listed today, by consent of the learned counsel on either side, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and considered their submissions and also perused the materials placed on record.

Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is to quash the impugned order, cancelling the patta, since the appeal dated 02.03.2012 filed as against the same by the Petitioner is pending before the Appellate Authority, it is for the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority for appropriate relief. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed as no order is necessary to be passed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
