The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal order passed in C.C.No.4388 of 2023 on 03.01.2023 on the file of the III FTC at Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Mr.K.Sivasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
