This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.80 of 2023 on the file of first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.S.Nagarajan, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State/first respondent.

3. This Court already passed an order in Crl.O.P.No.19426 of 2023, dated 28.08.2023, directing the respondent police to investigate Crime Nos.78 and 79 of 2023 and complete the same and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months. This is yet another First Information Report between the same parties and hence, this First Information Report shall also be investigated and the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19426 of 2023 will also apply to this case.
