This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8286 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10639 of 2024 on 29.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another three months.
