The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the refundable deposit may be directed to be returned. The learned counsel also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the respondent no.1 for refund of the deposit. On receipt of such request, the respondent no.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
