J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' {hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} has been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' {'CoD'} qua 226 days delay in filing the captioned intra-Court appeal i.e., W.A.SR.No.94619 of 2025.

2. Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for CMP petitioners, adverting to paragraph No.19 of the support affidavit submits that officials were pre-occupied in precautionary measures for monsoon preparedness which was under-way and that has caused the delay.

5. Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for second respondent submits that he is not opposing the CoD prayer. As regards first respondent, Mr.Sundar Narayan, learned counsel submits that the State should have been more diligent.

We find that the reason [captured and set out supra] given by the CMP petitioners / State is acceptable, more particularly, in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the matter. Sequitur is, captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for i.e., delay condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
