ORDER
The Revision Petitioner herein is the wife filed a petition in D.V.C.No. 18 of 2022 before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. She is living with her child without any source of income. So, she has already filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1273 of 2022 praying for interim maintenance, for that, the respondent is not cooperating. Furthermore, in the present D.V.C. proceedings, he is not paying arrears of maintenance as well as not complied the order of interim maintenance. All the petitions are not disposed of and the same are pending. Hence, she preferred this Civil Revision Petition to dispose the petitions as early as possible.
2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. E-court status perused. On perusal of records, it reveals that the Revision Petitioner filed the Crl.M.P.Nos. 1273 and 1274 of 2022 and the same are pending without any progress. Furthermore, the husband also not paying the maintenance and not obeyed the order passed by the trial judge. On considering the conduct of her inlaws as well as her husband, as on 2/4
date, arrears of maintenance was also pending. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to take the petitions on file and dispose the interim petitions including arrears of maintenance as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since because she is living with her child without any source of income. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
