C.M.P.No.16307 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.61990 of 2023 R.HEMALATHA , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Though notice was served on the respondents 1 to 3 and their names were as printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 4 to 7 did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 225 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 4 to 7 in the cause list and list the same for admission in due course.
