ORDER
Writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the communication dated 19.06.2025, on the file of the 1 st respondent and to quash the same and for consequential direction to the 1 st respondent to accept the experience certificate and affidavit of business continuity, submitted by the petitioner on 20.06.2025, along with his bid submitted on 24.05.2025, along with BOQ for evaluation in accordance with law for award of transport tender for vellore centre bearing tender ID No. 2025_ROCS_556230_1 within a time stipulated by this court. 2/4
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 1 st respondent on instructions submitted that, because of certain lacunae in the Tender documents, E-Tender notice dated 08.05.2025, will be withdrawn and new Tender will be floated.
3. The said submission of the learned counsel for the 1 st respondent is recorded and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
