(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/appellants to substitute the proposed respondents 1 to 3 in the place of the deceased sole respondent.

2. Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners/appellants submitted that the sole respondent died on 22.08.2022, leaving behind the proposed respondents as her legal heirs and therefore, they may be substituted as respondents in the place of the deceased sole respondent in this Writ Appeal.

3. Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
