Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay annual increments from 2008 to 30.06.2016 i.e. The date of superannuation with arrears in the post of probation officer and consequentially enhance and pay the pensionary benefits and monthly pension continuously with arrears from 01.07.2016 together with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date of its due till the date of realisation. 2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on merits of the case by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the first and second respondents to consider the representations dated 30.11.2019 and 30.08.2021 of the petitioner which was forwarded by the second respondent (The Commissioner of Social Defence Department) bearing reference Letter No.135/A1/2011 dated 30.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
