This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 15.12.2012, passed in M.A.No.480 of 2010 in I.D.No.11 of 2010 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Tamil Nadu.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the main Industrial Dispute in ID. No.11 of 2010, itself was disposed of on 03.10.2013 and challenging the award, the Management preferred a writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in WP.No.1013 of 2014 and the same was also disposed of on 03.03.2015.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
