For Petitioners: Mr.M.Anaimuthuraja For Respondent : Mr.I.Sathish C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 22.04.2019, seeking for sanction of pensioners benefits in consonance with G.O.M.S.No.118 dated 14.12.1996 and G.O.No.268 dated 21.10.2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioners made representation dated 22.04.2019, seeking for sanction of pensioners benefits in consonance with G.O.M.S.No.118 dated 14.12.1996 and G.O.No.268 dated 21.10.2013. However, till date the petitioners representation was not considered. Hence, these writ petitions.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 22.04.2019 and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 22.04.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
