(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representations dated 08.09.2015 27.01.2016 and 03.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner's Association and thereby direct them to issue Community / Caste Certificate to the members of the petitioner's Association, indicating as Gramani / Sanar/ Nadar OBC (Other Backward Classes) by strictly following Central List Published by the Government of India, Ministry of Social and Welfare without any further delay.
3. The writ petition is not maintainable as the same has been filed by a Sangam on behalf of its members for a direction
for issuance of community certificates. Therefore, it is disposed of, while making it clear that persons who are seeking for issuance of community certificates may file writ petitions individually. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
