The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, 8(1) of Tamil Nadu Private Clinical Establishment Regulation Act, 1997 r/w 420 of IPC, in Crime No. 203 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused are alleged to have running a fake Poly Clinic in the name of Srikumar Poly Clinic without any valid license. Hence, the complaint.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner along with other accused

were running a fake Poly Clinic without obtaining any valid license. Hence, he vehemently objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. After hearing the learned Government Advocate and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30.08.2023 ata
