When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor (Government of Puducherry) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has already been completed and a charge sheet has been filed and taken on file as S.T.C.No.1926 of 2026 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Puducherry.

3. In view thereof, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to take such steps as against the final report, if he is so aggrieved, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
