CONT P No 1397 of 2019 2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/5469/2018 dated 09.09.2019 .

4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
