Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.01/2021 dated 29.09.2021 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.01/2021 dated 29.09.2021 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.

2.It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the order of this Court in the case of Santhanakrishnan in W.P.No.17872 of 2021 vide order dated 26.08.2021. 3.It is noticed that the petitioner was placed under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suspension only on 29.09.2021. Therefore, it is open for the petitioner to send appropriate representation of the respondent to reconsider the decision to suspend the petitioner by explaining the reasons why the petitioner should be reinstated into the service.

4.Under these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in which case, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on such representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of such representation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
