Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.08.2010 and pass appropriate orders on merits for payment of salary and other benefits for the period from 01.06.2006 to 07.08.2006 and other benefits by fixing a time frame and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.08.2010 in respect of the disbursement of his salary with effect from 01.06.2006 to 07.08.2006.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was employed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Assistant Professor in Maths Department of the 2nd respondent college. However, the salary due to him from 01.06.2006 to 07.08.2006, has not been disbursed. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 11.08.2010 and the same is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 11.08.2010 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
