This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue a patta in the name of the petitioner and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2019.

2. Today, 24.07.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2019 was already considered by the third respondent and the same was rejected by the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Kallakurichi Taluk, vide Na.Ka.No.A33409/2019 dated 09.11.2019.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous and the petitioner may workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
