Earlier, this Court by an order dated 24.09.2018 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has passed an order dated 19.11.2019 rejecting the petitioner's claim.
3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13880 of 2017 has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law.
