The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, account has been closed. Hence, nothing survives in this application and accordingly, this application is closed. 2.Considering the request made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a further sum of Rs.10,000/- towards additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
