ORDER

Today when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent is a Central Government Organisation against whom the writ petition under Article 226 of The Constitution of India is not maintainable. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore prayed this Court to permit him to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. No costs.
