ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for Reporting Compliance".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court had already granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 22.08.2024, with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.8 of 2023. Subsequently, this condition was modified on 14.11.2024, requiring the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.40,00,000/-. However, the 2\4

petitioner failed to comply with the condition stipulated by this Court dated 14.11.2024. Therefore, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), that the petitioner has not complied the conditions, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court to the petitioner on 22.08.2024 stands cancelled.
