O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with civil disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent and also the Civil Suit pending in OS.No.72 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. It is further stated that already a Civil Suit in pending between them in O.S.No.72 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi. Page No.2 of 4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no complaint received against the petitioner and the petitioner was never called for any enquiry. In view of the same, this petition is not maintainable and sought for dismissal.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
