daughter to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) Claiming that the petitioner's minor daughter namely Sangeetha, aged about 17 years, has been abducted by the third respondent herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, the second respondent Police had secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. When we had interacted with the girl, she expressed that she intends to go with the mother.

3. Since the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and the girl has also been secured, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

4. Incidentally, the petitioner had earlier given a complaint about her missing daughter which was registered in Crime No.52 of 2025 by the second respondent Police under the caption 'girl missing'. Since the girl has now been secured and handed over to the petitioner, the second respondent shall close the complaint as per the law.

5. With the above observations, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
