The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Patta pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2021.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 16.09.2021 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the second respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
