This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 319 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against the judgment Dated 17.04.2024, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem in C.A.No.58 of 2023, thereby convicting the appellant and confirming the conviction order in S.C.No.281 of 2015 dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 319 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
