This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by one Mohan, the petitioners have been called for by the respondent police at odd hours constantly, despite the petitioner is explaining that the dispute between the petitioner and said Mohan are civil in nature with regard to some property transaction.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that in this case on the complaint of the said Mohan Crime No.414 of 2021 came to be registered for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) IPC and for the purpose of investigation the petitioners have been called. He further submits that F.I.R had been registered recently i.e. on 28.10.2021. Further, the petitioners are to be summoned by the respondent police by issuing 41(a) notice, for the purpose of further investigation.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
