Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent and 8th respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 to conduct the temple festival of Arulmigu Beemeshwara Swamy Thirukkovil, Beemanur Village, Karadihalli Tharappu, Krishnagiri Taluk and District jointly with all the villages in the light of the order

passed by this Court dated 19.07.2019 made in W.P.No.20219 of 2019 forthwith.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direct to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent and 8th respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 to conduct the temple festival of Arulmigu Beemeshwara Swamy Thirukkovil, Beemanur Village, Karadihalli Tharappu, Krishnagiri Taluk and District jointly with all the villages in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 19.07.2019 made in W.P.No.20219 of 2019 forthwith.

2. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the festival was conducted in a peaceful manner as per the agreement between the parties and in line with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.20219 of 2019.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
