ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner runs an educational institution and seeks a direction from the Court to the respondent not to interfere with his management of the institution. 3.Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent, who on instruction, made a statement that except any need for surprise inspection by the authorities, all other inspections would be done only after due notice.

4.While this Court cannot forbear any authorities from inspecting the institution of the petitioner as part of their statutory responsibility, yet the respondent is informed that he shall not act extra statutorily and cause hindrance. 2/4
