..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.04.2023 with respect to pass final award for the acquisition of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.219/3D, 219/3E, 219/3F and 219/3G to an extend of 0.02.5 hectares in situated in Kallakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District under Sections 26 to 30 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No.30/2013).

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that acting upon the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2023, the first respondent has passed an award dated 20.06.2024. Hence, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
