WP.No.2633 of 2013 WP.No.2633 of 2013 -- SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD. J., On 03.09.2014 the counsel for the petitioner was absent and the matter was directed to be listed for dismissal after two weeks.

2.The matter then was listed on 03.09.2019, wherein, it was reported that the advocate on record is not in station and therefore, he is not in a position to attend the Court. It was specifically stated in the said order that the matter has been adjourned to 05.09.2019. It is also made clear that on that day, either the Advocate on record or any other Advocate authorised by the Advocate on record should proceed with the case. It was made clear that no further adjournment will be granted.

3. Today, in the first round, there was no representation for the petitioner and even in the second round, there is no representation.
