ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2021 and issue orders withdrawing their petitioner's lands comprised in Old SF.No.22/2A, New SF.No.22/2A1 situated at No.124, Vallam A Village, Sriperambudur Taluk measuring an extent of 2.6 acres from acquisition as done in the case of M/s.Gimni infrastructure under G.O.Ms.No.129 dated 01.06.2020.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
