This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records comprised in AE/ME/C2/TN/AN/100 dated 16.06.2008 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the first respondent to disconnect the electricity connection granted to the 2nd respondent in Door No.23/30, Sivashanmugam Pillai Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034.

When the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 10.07.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and sought time to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e. on 24.07.2018 for taking steps. reports no instructions. Hence, recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
