ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7979 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026 in Para 7(c) that the "petitioner is directed to make a non

refundable deposit of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand only) directly to the credit of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai without prejudice to the right of the defence before the trial court and the receipt shall be produced at the time of executing the bond".

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the serious allegations of exploitation of natural resources, this Court does not find any ground to modify the condition imposed previously.
