ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offence under Section 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offences against the petitioners are bailable in nature.
3. In view of the above, anticipatory bail does not arise and hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
