Ms.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The instant writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2025.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent representation for regularization and for monetary benefit on 28.03.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader would strongly object the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and would submit that the petitioner has already retired and hence claiming regularization and monetary benefit is contrary to law. 5.However, the petitioner's representation is pending consideration. In such view of the fact, without going into the merits 2/4
of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
