2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.5571 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31212 of 2024 dated 24.03.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
