This Petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) imposed in Crl.OP.No.13321 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition in respect of this Petitioner in 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13321 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023 that "the 1st Petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" alone is modified to the effect that the Petitioner herein shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, for two months.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
