ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel the approval given to the third respondent College.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the College itself came to be closed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. However, the learned counsel seeks a direction for recovery of the money due to them.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for recovery of the money, due to them. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
