ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 14.10.2020 for sub division and patta transfer (Application No.2020/0105/06/227311) and CAN No.0330607102790).

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 14.10.2020 and conduct enquiry and, after issuance of notice to the parties concerned, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
