This petition has been filed to modify the condition 8(a) in Crl.O.P.No.25055 of 2024, dated 18.10.2024 with the condition of signing before an alternate police station.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.27 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, All Women Police Station, Gudiyatham, Vellore, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 323, 294(b) of IPC now, Sections 85, 86, 82, 115, 296 of BNS and he also states that the petitioner has not complied the condition. Therefore, the said request to modify the condition does not arise.

3. In view of the non compliance of the order, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
