J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, on instructions, submitted that, pursuant to the directions of this Court, a fresh award has been passed bearing No.15/2023, dated 15.09.2023, in tune with the order of this Court dated 24.11.2022, which is impugned in this Writ Appeal. Learned Special Government Pleader, therefore, states that the prayer in the Appeal has become infructuous and hence, submits that the Appeal may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
