PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2023 within time frame as fixed by this Court in accordance with law consequently direct the respondents 2 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner herein.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation dated 03.07.2023 and to grant police protection. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no representation/complaint has been received from the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a complaint/ representation in person before the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent shall conduct an enquiry and take 2/4
a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of complaint from the petitioner.
