This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17160 of in Crl.O.P.No.21033 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on the 1st of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17160 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21033 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
